To those of you who will read this, don't be surprised if sometimes I just ramble on about what is happening in the news or something that happened at work or on my way home. This is for me to just spew whatever comes to mind. I read the news every day so be advised that I do have strong opinions about what happens and how and why. I will try to write each day, but may not be able to sometimes and will have to wait a couple of days before I am able to post again. 

There are so many things to talk about, so each posting will be different. I will surely have something to post later this evening when I get home after work and the gym.

Today is a cloudy day here in NYC and I almost needed to turn on a light when I got up at 6:30 am to get ready for work, but doing so would wake Alex (my husband) and we don't want to do that. I had to be to work @ 8 am both today and yesterday-a shift that I much prefer to the 12-9 shift; even if it means getting up at 6:30 am to leave the house by 7 am. 

I am looking for another job and am hoping to go back to school in January. I just need to contact the Virginia Department of Higher Education to see about getting a copy of my college transcripts. I want to get my paralegal degree and work in the field and then go on to law school. I think that I want to focus on Entertainment Law, but I also like Business Law. We shall see what happens in the future.

Today coming in on the train, both were unusually full. I can almost always find a seat that early in the morning, but today there was more people than usual for a Tuesday. I  ended up standing on both trains-not a big deal as I still got to work 15 minutes early even after going to Starbucks to get my breakfast and Peppermint White Mocha.

Gotta get back to work now...the phones are crazy busy today.
